Jiang Debin - representative of the Chinese watercolor school, was born in 1963, in the town of Chongqing. He was fond of drawing since childhood, and continued his hobby at a professional level, graduating in 1987 from the South-Western Pedagogical University, namely, the Faculty of Oil Painting. In 1992, he opens his first studio in Zhuhai, where he begins to write his most famous series of works - "Lotus Flowers", dedicated to contemporary watercolor painting.
